Then you would be a great fit as a member of The Arc of Iowa Board! We are seeking families across Iowa with children of any age with a chronic health condition, disability, or behavioral health issue. The Board meets every other month and meetings are both virtual and in-person so you can make it work for you and your family. There are opportunities to engage more frequently in advocacy work by joining one of the Arc sub-committees. If another family has helped you by sharing a helpful resource, or if you, like the idea of “paying it forward” we urge you to give us a call to chat about the work our members are doing.
